AAHA Accreditation

AAHA Accredited for more than 10 years

Did you know that accreditation is required for human hospitals, but is voluntary for animal hospitals? We’ve chosen to voluntarily go through the process of becoming accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) because we understand that your pet holds a place in your heart, and their health is important to us.

What does it mean to be AAHA accredited?  AAHA was founded in 1933 and is the only association in North America that provides accreditation to companion animal hospitals. To be accredited by AAHA, our hospital must demonstrate an exceptional level of medical care and client service and be measured against the most rigorous standards in the veterinary industry. Only 15% of animal hospitals in the United States and Canada are AAHA accredited, and we’re one of them!  During the accreditation process, we are evaluated based on AAHA’s Standards of Accreditation—an extensive list of approximately 900 standards that directly correlate to the care we are providing your pet.

Choosing an AAHA-accredited hospital for your pet’s medical care provides you with peace of mind because you’ll know that the hospital you’ve selected has the team, training, equipment, medical procedures and facilities that AAHA believes are important for the delivery of high-quality veterinary care.

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional, compassionate care, and we are proud to be your pet’s AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital. Thank you for entrusting your pet’s care with us, and we hope we will always be your first choice when it comes to veterinary medicine.

If you’re happy with the care your pet has received at House Vets, please tell your friends!
