Dear Valued Clients,
We hope this message finds you and your furry friends in good health. We are writing to share some exciting news about a recent development at our veterinary clinic.
We are thrilled to announce that House Vets for House Pets has been acquired by Vet Check Urgent Care Pet Hospital, a leading provider of comprehensive pet care services. This transition marks a significant step forward for us, as we join forces with a dedicated team committed to delivering top-notch veterinary urgent care. In a sea of general practices, veterinary urgent care is exactly what this community needs.
What does this mean for you and your pets?
- State-of-the-Art Facilities: Our clinic will undergo enhancements to provide a more comfortable and advanced environment for both pets and their owners.
- Extended Operating Hours: As an urgent care facility, we will be able to extend our operating hours to better accommodate your busy schedules and address your pet’s healthcare needs promptly.
- Continuity of Care: Dr. Catalan will serve as chief of Staff, so rest assured that the high-quality care and personal attention you have come to expect from us will remain a top priority during and after this transition.
We understand that change can bring about questions, and we are here to address any concerns you may have. Please feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any inquiries.
Our last day of operation as House Vets for House Pets will be December 22, 2023, and we want to express our deepest gratitude for your trust and loyalty throughout the years. It has been a pleasure caring for your furry companions and being a part of their lives.
For those who have scheduled appointments beyond 12/22/23, our team will do their best to reschedule you and ensure a smooth transition of your pet’s care to Dr. Catalan at our downtown office, Rover The Rhine Veterinary Hospital. Rover the Rhine Veterinary Hospital will continue to house your electronic veterinary records and will happily serve your pet’s healthcare needs or transfer your pet’s records to another veterinary clinic of your choice.
Pet Boarding will continue operations uninterrupted. Pets who have reservations will have no disruption in service or staffing changes. Exciting updates are forthcoming, so stay tuned for more news soon.
We understand that this news may come as a surprise, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are immensely grateful for the relationships we’ve built and the joy your pets have brought into our lives.
We are genuinely grateful for the trust you have placed in us, and we are confident that this transition will bring about positive outcomes for both our clinic and the well-being of your pets.
Thank you for being a valued part of our community. We look forward to continuing to serve you and your furry companions with the same passion and dedication you have come to expect from House Vets for House Pets.
